Good evening bookworms!

It’s been an interesting reading week!! I’m taking a page out of Elsa’s book and learning to let go. Especially of things that are making me feel STRESSED. So, I’m wiping off things that are low-key freaking me out, and moving on!!

*cough* You know what I didn’t finish? Any review books… What I DID finish though, is:

I am trying to support more #ownvoices authors, and that means that I’ve read my first romance book written by a man. AND IT WAS SO SWEET ?

You know what I’m NOT reading? The Dark Tide by Alicia Jasinska and Red Glove by Holly Black. I’m not DNFing them, I’m just taking a smol break… A medium-smol break…

I read The Mortal Instruments like 7-8 years ago, and I cannot remember a thing about them, except Clary was annoying. I’ve since watched the movie (awful) and the tv series (worse) and so I need to go back remember the real storyline (like that Luke owned a bookstore, and wasn’t a cop who owned a takeaway restaurant) before I continue this world.

I know I have a bazillion review books I need to get through, but … I’m throwing out the ARC mountain and rereading for fun this month. Does this make me trash? Yep… Am I sorry? Only a little bit. (OK, ok. I am sorry, I’m just also kind of tired and need a smol break from my ever looming TBR!!)
