Good morning afternoon bookworms!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words, where you answer the three following questions:

  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What are you currently reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA OMFG… Why are my posts not publishing on time?! Sorry friends, I know it’s now Thursday, but it was all still valid on Wednesday… I’m just manually pushing “publish” now… πŸ™ˆ

what i finished

Well, I finally finished A review book this week. Was it the one I intended to finish? No… 😭 πŸ™ˆ

Cancer Ships Aquarius

Cancer Ships Aquarius
by Anyta Sunday and it was my fave of the series so far. From what I can tell, there should only be an epilogue for this, and then one more set of star signs (Sagittarius and Libra from memory). Looking forward to it!!

The Tea Dragon Tapestry

The Tea Dragon Tapestry by Katie O’Neill was next. As much as I love this series, I didn’t love this one. It felt really rushed, but also slow, and there was so many storylines happening. It also felt like this would be the last one as things felt like they were wrapping up.

Blindsided by Amy Daws was next. It was… fine. I wanted to try something else by her since I really enjoyed One Moment Please earlier this month. Friends to lovers isn’t my jam though.

Fix Her Up

And finally I read Fix Her Up by Tessa Bailey. This is more of a frenemies / forbidden romance. This is definitely waaay more my jam, and I’m looking forward to more books in the Hot and Hammered series!!

I am DETERMINED to not pick up any new books until I have read some more review books!! I’m getting dangerously close to book tour dates and I haven’t started on one of them!!

The Dark Tide

The Dark Tide by Alicia Jasinska is a debut fantasy novel from an Aussie author. I’m really enjoying this when I squeeze a few chapters in between the romances I’ve been reading…

Red Glove

Red Glove by Holly Black is the second book in the Curseworkers trilogy that is also taking me an age to read. I am buddy-reading this with DB and it is NOT on my June TBR. I am 55% into this book.
