WWW Wednesday – 24 July 2019
Good morning bookworms!
Welcome to this week’s WWW Wednesday! What is this, you ask? Well, it’s a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. All you have to do is answer the three following questions:
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
So, without further ado, let’s get started!
Umm, I actually read a couple of things this week! ?
Key: ? physical book | ? ebook | ? audiobook | ? webcomic
- Red, White and Royal Blue – Casey McQuiston ?
- Kissing Tolstoy – Penny Reid ?
- The Tea Dragon Festival – Katie O’Neill ?
Uhh, so the usual suspects haven’t changed… but I’ve added more!! (surprise!!)
Key: ? physical book | ? ebook | ? audiobook | ? webcomic
- Siege and Storm – Leigh Bardugo ? – 13%
- The Gamer’s Guide to Getting the Girl – Kristine Scarrow (thanks Netgalley) ? – 5%

- Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine* – Gail Honeyman ? – 2%
- The Falconer* – Elizabeth May ? – 7%
- Ace of Shades* – Amanda Foody ? – 11%
- Stormdancer* – Jay Kristoff ? – 21%

Key: ? physical book | ? ebook | ? audiobook | ? webcomic
- ✅ Kissing Tolstoy – Penny Reid (read in same spot – NO, I don’t know why I didn’t choose this for the purple cover prompt)
- Coraline – Neil Gaiman (book with purple on the cover)
- Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters – Rick Riordan (book I meant to read last year)
- The Near Witch – V. E. Schwab (an author’s first book)
- The Seafarer’s Kiss – Julie Ember (non-human main character)
- What I Like About Me – Jenna Guilane (five words or more in the title)

Nawwww, thank you!! ? I think the only advice I have is to keep writing what you love. The rest just sort of comes. I try and use consistent banners and formats for my posts, but so many people do really different things as well. I think it all comes down to your personal style. Always do what YOU want to do, what makes YOU happy. But alos, visit lots of blogs, and comment on other people’s posts. Become ‘known’ in the community and build your follower (and friend) base that way!

?? thank you!!!
The secret is that I’m not actually reading any of them ?? This is why I keep picking up new books… When I do go back to them I’ll likely have to restart them! ??♀️
