WWW Wednesday – 20 April 2022
Hello bookworms!! Welcome to this week’s WWW Wednesday — 20 April 2022!!
WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words, where you answer the three following questions:
- What did you recently finish?
- What are you currently reading?
- And, what do you think you’ll read next?
Let’s see what I read!

13 – 19 April 2022
I Kind of kept to my April TBR again this week. (SHOCK!) And by that I mean I read ONE book from the TBR, and then two books not from the TBR… Which is a tick for me at any rate.
I ticked off another 3 books this week ― April is definitely looking like a high reading month. I go on holidays to visit the in-laws next week which means I will either get LOTS of reading done, or very little reading done. Let’s look at what I read this week:
- The Match by Sarah Adams
- The Enemy by Sarah Adams
- Only A Monster by Vanessa Len

I picked up Hana Khan Carries On yesterday, and am already halfway through. I really need to dedicate more time to contemporary fiction. And middle grade fantasy. And also my TBR. Can someone please tell me where to get “more time” from?!!
After picking up Don’t Hate the Player by Alexis Nedd again last week, it’s back down this week (as I pushed through Only A Monster), as was The Enchantress Returns by Chris Colfer. Hopefully soon?!

I still have one last book left on the TBR. And it is a DOOZY. Yes, Midnight Sun is still plaguing me. But, I guess the sooner I start it, the sooner I can finish it. Other books I might read this month:
- Midnight Sun (Twilight #5) by Stephenie Meyer (TBR)
- Yesterday Crumb and the Storm in a Teacup (Yesterday Crumb #1) by Andy Sagar (TBR)
- Furthermore (Furthermore #1) by Tahereh Mafi (Muslim author)

What are you currently reading?
