WWW Wednesday – 15 May 2019

Good morning bookworms!

Welcome to this week’s WWW Wednesday! What is this, you ask? Well, it’s a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. All you have to do is answer the three following questions:

  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What are you currently reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

So, without further ado, let’s get started!

What I recently finished reading…

I finally finished the TOP SECRET BETA READ SEQUEL I was reading. It was magical and amazing, and it took me so long because I kept chatting with the authors and crying over sections and basically I loved it. However, that’s pretty much all I can tell you at this point… so, sorry!

What I am currently reading…

I am now getting to my review copies for the month (why did I leave it so late?!) and reading:

  • StepSister by Jennifer Donnelly

Needless to say, I am loving it – it’s much darker and so different than I expected. It’s fantastic!!

What I think I’ll read next…

I’ve still got a few review copies due this month, so I’ll be playing catch up for a little bit. So I’m trying to hold back on other books until then!

  • Small Kingdoms and Other Stories – Charlaine Harris (NetGalley)
  • We Are Blood and Thunder – Kesia Lupo (Bloomsbury)

Until next time, happy reading! ??

I AM SO JEALOUS OF THIS SECRET BETA READ YOU KEEP TEASING. I NEED IT.
funnily enough I’m a little bit ahead on review copies so I’m doing the opposite, catching up on mostly backlist (and some frontlist) … but I hope your ARCs are awesome and you enjoy them and the reviews are relatively easy to write! (seriously, why is it so hard to write reviews though)

Writing reviews is the WORST!!! ? Congrats on catching up!!
I’ve managed to do what I always say not to do, and asked for a lot thinking i would get approved for many, but instead for like all of them (except for the one I desperately wanted!!) But they’re all spread out between now and October, so it’s not too bad.

Let's chat!
