WWW Wednesday – 10 February 2021
Hello book friends!! Welcome to this week’s WWW Wednesday – 10 February 2021!!
WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words, where you answer the three following questions:
- What did you recently finish?
- What are you currently reading?
- And, what do you think you’ll read next?
Remember how I said that 2021 wasn’t *quite* going to plan?!! Yeah, we had more of that today… One of the cats went to the vet, the car went in to get looked at, and I ended up at the GP to get a piece of ceramic tile taken out of my foot – and a tetanus jab to go with it. ? BUT, we are persevering!!
4-10 February 2021
I knew I wasn’t making a heap of progress on the ARC, so I managed to squeeze this one in on Tuesday night!!
Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy is a graphic novel modern day retelling of Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. And honestly, it’s one of the sweetest things I’ve ever read. I genuinely love how they updated all the drama in the book to be more modern. But what I loved MOST is the ending. I’ll save my thoughts for my mini review, but I really loved this one.
Uhh… HOW am I still reading this book?? It’s not even 300 pages!! In all honesty, I didn’t do much reading at all this week. I did kick over 500 hours of playing The Sims 4 though… so you can start to see where I’m spending my time!! So much for my four day weekend of getting things done… ?
Other books I am currently reading are:
- Kingdom of Sea and Stone by Mara Rutherford
- The Deal by Elle Kennedy
Am I planning on reading ANYTHING except A Court of Silver Flames when it comes out on Tuesday? Absolutely not. I expect that will be the next book that I pick up, as I want to try and knock some of the above off my ‘currently reading’ first!!
Repeating from the last few weeks, I *still* really need to start on either The Land of Stories books by Chris Colfer, OR The Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa. I’m going to put a poll on Instagram later this month, so please vote and help me decide!!
What are you currently reading??

I started Midnight Sun by Stephanie Meyer but I’m having a hard time getting into it, so we shall see if I’ll end up finishing it or not.
