    Top 5… m/m relationship books

Good morning bookworms! Top 5 Tuesday is on hiatus this month, but I wanted to do something special for Pride month. So, today’s list (of slightly more than 5 books) is my fave m/m relationship books. This list may include bisexual and pansexual characters, but will focus if they are in a m/m relationship. Warning now: the last two are VERY HEAVY books and will not be for everyone. Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by the super lovely Shanah over at the Bionic Bookworm. You can visit her here, and…

Top 5… trans and non-binary books

Good morning bookworms! Top 5 Tuesday is on hiatus this month, but I wanted to do something special for Pride month. Unfortunately my plans got derailed because of my blogging slump, but I’m back (albeit a little lot late today) with a list of some of my fave trans and non-binary character books. This doesn’t necessarily mean that the main character is trans or non-binary, but that they are involved in the MAIN relationship (this does not specifically mean romantic). Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by the super lovely Shanah…

    Top 5… cute romances

Good morning bookworms! Today’s Top 5 Tuesday is cute romances! Honestly, this topic warms my cold, little soul. Partially because it’s now post-ANZAC day here and so it went from 20º days to 7º days in the span of a week, and partially because I have been reading so many adorable romance stories to keep me sane lately!! Top 5… sanity savers!

Good morning bookworms! Today’s Top 5 Tuesday is ‘sanity savers – things I’m enjoying while in isolation!’ Because so help me, I am starting to lose my mind… In saying that, today is day number… twenty-six that I have been in isolation. Now, that’s a lot for Australia. We had our first confirmed case in Canberra on 12 March, and I have been in lockdown / isolation / quarantine (whatever you want to call it) since Friday 13 March. Why? Because I am immunosuppressed. My immune system does this super…

    Top 11?… Authors: P-Z

Good morning bookworms! Yes, I know, it’s supposed to be a Top 5, but this week had 6 letters (U-Z) AND I’m playing catch up with last week’s letters (P-T) because the blog was doing its 72 hour transfer to self-hosting thing, so I missed it!! As I mentioned before, I’m also going to try and not do the obvious choices for letters (there won’t be any Jay Kristoff’s or Holly Black’s on my list) so long as I can find someone else! Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by the…

Book blitz: The Boy Who Steals Houses

Good morning bookworms! So… last week while I was on a mini break, I was supposed to post something for the Aussie Book Blitz for The Boy Who Steals Houses by C. G. Drews. However, I didn’t for TWO reasons: I had already written and posted a book review AND an author interview for this gorgeous gem of a book I forgot (it’s really just the second reason, but the first reason is valid) Just in case you haven’t caught on by now though, I REALLY LOVED this book. So,…

    Mid-year freak out! (2018)

OK, so I know most people have already done this, but did you know, that the actual mid-year day is the 2nd of July? So I’m not really that far off! Also, I know I keep saying it, but work is killing me at the moment!! Anyway, without further ado, let’s see what I have thought of the 41 books I have read this year. Best book you’ve read so far The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater has to be the best book I have read so far this year.…
