February ’20 wrap up and March TBR

Good morning bookworms! It’s time for the monthly wrap-up! During January… I got sick and had 2 migraines (new record). I also didn’t read anything for 11 days. That’s a pretty good record. Reading though? I read 6 books… which is the equal lowest number of books read per month in the last two years. (June 2019 was also 6 books!) Also, two of the books that I finished were even on my TBR for February, so I basically won because that never happens! However, I’m trying not to beat…

January '19 wrap-up and February TBR

Good morning bookworms! So… it is at this point in time that I realise that 11 challenges is going to create a SUPER LONG monthly wrap-up post. How did this not occur to me until now? What I am going to trial this month is my usual monthly wrap-up (and TBR) post, and then a secondary challenges progress post (coming out soon). Let’s see how long this lasts for! January wrap-up I had a stellar reading month, despite travelling a LOT. In fact, I’m going to give you some small…

    January ’19 book haul

Good morning bookworms! As usual, we are splitting this into three sections: book boxes, book mail (online purchases that arrived), and book purchases (ebooks and in-store), PLUS because I received some gorgeous things in the mail, I’ve added another section ‘Other bookish items’. January book boxes I subscribe to three monthly boxes: OwlCrate, FairyLoot and the book-only subscription for LitJoy. Here is what arrived in January (including those pesky December leftovers): Owlcrate’s January theme was Magical Artifacts, and the book was The Gilded Wolves by Roshani Chokshi (normal cover below – apologies, I…
