O.W.L.s Read-a-thon TBR 2019

Good morning book wizards and witches!
Today I was going to post my book haul for March, but that got pushed back so that I can announce my OWLs read-a-thon TBR!

Careers

OK, so I am really undecided on which Wizarding Career I want to aim for with my NEWTs. I mean, obviously there’s some I don’t care for. But Alchemist is in my YES pile, so all of the prompts anyway. I have nailed it down to five though:

  • Alchemist (all 12 prompts)
  • Auror (Charms, DADA, Herbology, Potions, Transfiguration)
  • Curse Breaker (Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Charms, DADA, Potions, Transfiguration)
  • Healer (Herbology, Charms, DADA, Potions, Transfiguration and 3 of my choice)
  • Magizoologist (Care of Magical Creatures, Charms, Herbology, Potions)

So, at a minimum, I will need to complete:

  • Charms
  • Defence Against the Dark Arts (DADA)
  • Herbology
  • Potions
  • Transfiguration

And I’ll aim for these three as a secondary:

  • Ancient Runes
  • Arithmancy
  • Care of Magical Creatures

If I complete these EIGHT prompts, then I can apply for all my selected careers, with the exception of Alchemist.
