November ’18 book haul
As usual, we are splitting this into three sections: book boxes, book mail (online purchases that arrived), and book purchases (ebooks and in-store).
November book boxes
I subscribe to three monthly boxes: OwlCrate, FairyLoot and the book-only subscription for LitJoy.
Nothing arrived this month though. OwlCrate’s book this month was Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan, which I got last month in the FairyLoot box, so I suspended my order for November, and both FairyLoot and LitJoy are still overseas according to my tracking emails!
November book mail
This month I got some books that I’ve been wanting to buy for ages, and I cannot wait to get into them (in fact, I didn’t wait for some of them!).
- Surprise Me by Sophie Kinsella
- My Not So Perfect Life by Sophie Kinsella
- Open Summer Road by Emery Lord
- The Summer of Jordi Perez by Amy Spalding
- Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz
- Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes
Can you tell it’s getting summery here? I can, I seem to have an endless supply of contemporary fiction and light mysteries rolling in!!
November book purchases
In terms of physical books, after three months with only one book purchase, I must admit, I did go book shopping this month, and I purchased not one, not two, but FIVE books. That’s right people, I quintupled (??) my in person book purchases this month!
- The Spotted Dog by Kerry Greenwood
- Wundersmith by Jessica Townsend
- Look Alive 25 by Janet Evanovich
- Archenemies by Marissa Meyer
- Shadowblack by Sebastien de Castell
Fingers crossed my book boxes arrive soon! Until next time, happy reading! ??

I do love Sophie’s books, but more the standalone ones. Twenties Girl was one of my faves!! The Shopaholic series died for me somewhere between sister and baby… ?
