Ooh, I haven’t heard much about seafire. What did you think??

I really liked it! An all female pirate crew, very action packed, I wasn’t a huge fan about the obvious romance though!

TBH, I couldn’t even remember what it was about, but as soon as you said “all female pirate crew” it all clicked for me again!! ?

I ????? need to read Saga ??♀️ but I’ve read Saving Francesca – mostly to take it out of the library and tease my sister about it (as she shares her name with the title ?) I didn’t like The Scorpio Races the first time I read it so I think I’ll try it with an audiobook this time (if the library has it ?? but apparently I gave it 4 stars on GR.
SEA OF MONSTERS .????????
I mean I’d say The Sword of Summer (The Magnus Chase series) as a recommendation, but I also recommend people read Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus before – not entirely 100% needed, but there are parts in Magnus Chase that make it easier to understand.

I can actually say that The Scorpio Races is one of the only audiobooks that I have loved. It’s two narrators, one for Puck and one for Sean, and I just love the cadence that they narrate at. It’s got that kind of slow-paced reading in a whimsy and lyrical way, but some parts are quick as well. (I mean, seriously, I just love this book more and more every time I read it.)

That’s good to hear! Pushes my hopes up for the audio, then!

This is a fun challenge but yeah… my ‘s’ list would be really long too! Lol. Simon, Crows and Evelyn…. ❤️
Although I haven’t actually read Simon yet.! Just know I want to and that I’ll love it ?

I hope you do read it, and that you love it when you do. Surprisingly it’s not my fave Albertalli book – I actually loved The Upside of Unrequited more. I think Molly was based on me when I was 16!!
The Cozy Pages
Oooh… another one I’ve been considering.
Blair Leftly
Wow you have read a crazy amount of books beginning with S!
Meeghan reads
This is only half, Blair… we still have the others to go!!

Wow! I didn’t even realise this was just part 1 haha!!

I’ve heard really good things about The Seven Husbands, and I also read another of TJR’s books and really liked it, so I should add that one too. I’ve also been eyeing Sherwood a bit. 🙂
And I love the covers of Rin Chupeco’s books!
Meeghan reads
Yes!! The Bone Witch books are gorgeous to look at!!
