February 2025 TBR
Hello friends!! Welcome to my February 2025 TBR. A post where I will attempt to take my best guess at what I will feel like reading for the upcoming month.
Uhh, ok. “New year, new me” didn’t quite go as planned. In fact, it was more like “Old me, still me… maybe worse?!” I read a grand total of TWO books from my January TBR. Oops?! The only saving grace is that they were book club books!!
Anyway, that’s enough about my poor January reading stats. Let’s go see my TBR for February 2025 instead. That I hope I will stick to. Fingres crossed!!
February 2025 TBR
OK. February WILL be better!! Let’s get some of that reading challenge energy I’m starting 2025 with. 💪
The Romance Revelry Society book club is continuing our Empyrean readalong, and it’s FINALLY time for Onyx Storm. *cue screaming*
The Bookish Collision’s book club pick is still When the Moon Hatched, because we were all too busy reading Fourth Wing and Iron Flame to get to this.
DB and I will finish reading The Witch King, which is on our buddy read plan. Or non-plan. Anyway, I started it in January, and I WILL finish it in February. And then maybe start The Fae Keeper??
Aside from all of this, I’ve picked a couple of romance books. Or a dozen. Because it is the month of Valentine’s Day. Not that I ever celebrate or even take notice of it. But, I kind of want an excuse to read some romance?!! And gosh, it’s quite a selection!! There’s a huge mix of YA, NA and Adult. And every sub-genre I think I own: dark, sweet, open door, closed door, romantasy, cowboy, and second chance. Here’s hoping I can find enemies to lovers, fake dating, and only one bed!!
Of course I probably won’t read all of these, but you know, maybe I will!!

I’m looking forward to picking up Onyx Storm next week 😃I hope that you enjoy When the Moon Hatched. I found it a bit disappointing which was a shame as I had been looking forward to it.

Yeah, I’ve heard that about When the Moon Hatched. which I’m a bit sad about. But I am better at reading book club picks so hopefully I can smash it out this month!!

I’m waffling on if I want to read When the Moon Hatched or not. It seems like people either love it or hate it with little in between.

Yeah, I’m disappointed with the reviews for it too. I’ll definitely post about it here when I’ve finished it though. Fingers crossed I enjoy it!!

I hope you love Light Out as much as I did last year. The audiobook was perfection!
I had nine books in my TBR this month but I only have few I haven’t read yet. I still need to finish The Wolf by J.R Ward with Ruby, Onyx Storm for a book club, buddy read Good Girl Gone Badd by Jasinda Wilder with a friend and buddy read Burned by P.C & kristin cast with DB.
